Responsibilities

• Stock bar, mix and serve beverages while following standards.
• Assist in seasonal cocktails creation and menu development.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cost control.
• Handle cash, perform POS transactions, and balance at end of shift.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Provide timely guest service and address requests or concerns.
