Responsibilities

• Assist with banquet setup and event space arrangement according to specifications.
• Greet guests, escort to tables, provide seating assistance as needed.
• Take food and beverage orders and upsell where appropriate.
• Serve food and drinks promptly following service standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide personalized service.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Clear tables and replenish supplies during events.
• Assist with event breakdown and post-event cleanup and sanitation.
