Job summary

BENCHMARK at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is looking for a Seasonal Banquet Server for the upcoming season from June 2026 to January 2027. The role involves preparing banquet rooms, serving guests, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout events.

Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably in a high-end venue. A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and strong communication skills are essential.

Compensation starts at $16.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, and preparing drinks.
• Serve and bus tables, including picking up food from the back hall and serving food.
• Assist with event room setup according to meal period and table needs.
• Ensure final quality check on food and beverage items before serving.
