Job summary

Encore is hiring a Seasonal Audio-Visual Technician in Orlando, FL to set up and operate basic AV systems for hospitality events. You will work under supervision to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include equipment setup, on-site customer service, and basic troubleshooting.

You will also handle systems entry in Navigator and assist with invoices as needed. This seasonal full-time role includes benefits, overtime, and hands-on training to support growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of AV experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment for events.
• Exceed client expectations and maintain strong hotel/client relationships.
• Troubleshoot basic AV equipment and software issues.
• Enter orders and invoices in Navigator and complete paperwork accurately.
