Job summary

Encore is seeking a seasonal full-time Audio-Visual Technician to set up and operate basic AV systems in a hospitality environment. The role includes overtime and hands-on training, with a May 2027 end date and full-time benefits.

Responsibilities include flawless event execution, exceptional customer service, and operating AV equipment while following hotel and client processes. Lifting up to 50 lbs and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment.
• Customer Service: exceed expectations and maintain positive client relationships on-site.
• Technical Ability: troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment/software issues.
• Systems Knowledge: complete accurate paperwork and coordinate with staff/vendors for equipment.
