Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking seasonal Event Workers to assist with Middle School athletic events. The role involves game management, student-athlete supervision, and transport of athletes across campus.

Training, safety, and organization are essential as you support a variety of sports and facilities on campus. The position is part-time with a flexible schedule, including weeknights and weekends, requiring enthusiasm, positive spirit, and a commitment to student achievement in a diverse

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Current PA Driver's License in good standing.
Successful completion of MHS Van Training after hiring.
First Aid and CPR/AED training is required to be completed every two years.
Interest and knowledge of sports is preferred.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Ability to lead and inspire diverse youth.
Ability to interact with student athletes at different skill levels in a positive and professional manner.

Responsibilities

Oversee game management tasks, including check-in officials, setup, announcements, and scoreboard operation.
Supervise student-athletes and facilities; monitor halls and assist staff, coaches, and students.
Transport student-athletes by driving MHS athletic vans; complete required van training.
Support a range of athletic events (Baseball/Softball, Basketball, Cross Country, Field Hockey, Football, Ice Hockey, Soccer, Swimming, Track, Volleyball, Wrestling).
