Job summary
Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Plymouth Meeting Mall, PA.
You will work with the Local Manager to lead a seasonal team, supervise daily photo operations, drive sales and service excellence, and ensure magical Santa visits and guest satisfaction. You’ll support hiring, scheduling, and training, and contribute to a fast-paced holiday environment with flexible hours and same-day pay options.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a team setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable handling cash and sales transactions.
- Experience in scheduling and training staff.
Responsibilities
- Promote a positive, collaborative environment aligned with company values.
- Assist opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling and training.
- Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
- Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Lead by example and reinforce policies set by senior management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed.
- Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, and other administrative tasks.
