Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to work with the Local Manager in leading a seasonal team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will assist with daily photo operations, sales, and staff development to create memorable Santa visits and high-quality photo experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to handle cash and sales transactions.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to support a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with inventory, scheduling, and training as needed.
