Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an Assistant Local Manager for Christiana Mall to help lead a seasonal team and deliver outstanding guest experiences during the holidays. You will support daily photo operations, assist in recruiting and training, and drive sales while ensuring a memorable Santa visit and photo experience for families.

You will work alongside the Local Manager to promote a positive work environment, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure top-notch guest service during peak

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Experience in cash handling or sales.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home; photography experience not required.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
