Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal communication skills, ability to read and write.
• Employees must be able to work with and without direct supervision.
• Complete and abide by all Safety Training and other provided training.

Responsibilities

• Operate paving machine, shuttle buggy/transfer machine, milling machine, asphalt roller, asphalt screed.
• Inspect the environment around the equipment before operation.
• Perform daily/preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.

Skills

Strong verbal communication skills

Ability to read and write

Experience in operating heavy equipment (pavers, rollers, milling machines)

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
