You will operate Breakdown and Finish Rollers, distribute and compact asphalt, barricade areas, and ensure a clean, safe job site while following foreman directions and safety trainings. Candidates should have 2–5 years of roller experience, strong communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to work with or without

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a roller operator.
• Proficient in operating asphalt rollers for roads and highways.
• Must read and write; able to communicate verbally.
• Ability to work with and without direct supervision.
• Must complete safety trainings and adhere to protocols.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Follow foreman's directions for daily tasks on each project.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
• Clean equipment and ensure safe storage.
• Advise foreman on maintenance or repairs required.
• Participate in routine maintenance.
• Use equipment to level roads and ensure proper drainage.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently per loading/unloading procedures.
