Delaware North Sportservice at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, MI is seeking a seasonal Restaurant Supervisor to lead hourly staff and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will train team members, support managers, and help maintain staffing aligned with budget and volume targets.

The role emphasizes guest service, safety, and efficient operations in a high-volume arena setting, with evening, day, weekend, and event shifts.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience.
• Superior organization and guest service abilities.
• Basic math skills and computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail.
• Ability to deal with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and that all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met.
• Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting team member counseling sessions, including corrective action reports.
• Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume.
• Greet guests positively, professionally, and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team members' needs within your assigned area.
