Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is seeking Line Cooks for Comerica Center in Frisco, TX. This seasonal/part-time role offers competitive pay and on-the-job training at a premier venue.

You will set up stations, follow prep lists, cook items with high quality taste and appearance, and assist chefs while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. Availability for home game events is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a kitchen; catering experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification or readiness to obtain training.

Responsibilities

• Set up and sanitize workstations.
• Follow prep lists created by lead culinary.
• Measure ingredients and seasonings.
• Prepare stock and hot foods for cooking.
• Prepare simple dishes as directed by Executive Chef.
• Maintain proper storage and sanitation of all food items.
• Assist chefs in culinary tasks.
• Supervise food temperatures and cooling areas.
• Receive and inspect ingredients from suppliers.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food areas.
• Assist with on-site game-day food service.
