Qualifications

• Current Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED & First Aid certifications.
• Experience teaching Swim Lessons for all ages.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction; give feedback to each client at each session.
• Design and deliver effective, rewarding sessions and workouts.
• Provide swim evaluations to help parents choose programs and support retention.
• Maintain accurate records on clients' progress and follow progression guidelines.
• Enforce pool rules and aquatics center policies.
• Maintain a consistent work schedule and arrive punctually for sessions.
• Communicate with parents, members, and staff.
• Track attendance and enter records for hours worked and sessions.
• Participate in events, meetings, and trainings.
