Job summary

Arcis Golf, The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge in Snoqualmie, WA, is seeking a lifeguard/instructor to support pool programs and guest experiences. You will teach group classes and private sessions and design swim plans for location guests to continue their routines.

The role requires ARC Lifeguard/CPR/AED certification, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication with guests. Evening/weekend work may be required, and equipment safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED certification.
• Current local/state certification/license as required.
• High school diploma or GED or ability to obtain work permit.
• Proven instructor skills and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Teaches group swimming classes to members.
• Performs on-one private sessions.
• Develops swim program designs for guests.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of equipment and facility.
• Ensures a pleasant visit and strong guest relations.
• Performs special projects as assigned by management.
• Keeps up to date with department and location developments.
