Qualifications

• Current Red Cross Lifeguard certification or equivalent.
• WSI certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience teaching swim lessons for all ages.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and teach learn-to-swim skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide private and group swim instruction and feedback.
• Design and deliver effective sessions and workouts.
• Maintain accurate records of clients’ progress and attendance.
• Ensure pool rules and safety procedures are followed.
• Communicate with parents and members to enhance service quality.
