Job summary

The Salvation Army Garland Corps is seeking a Seasonal Full Time role focused on coordinating the Christmas Angel Tree program and supporting donors and volunteers.

You will interview and recruit volunteers, manage volunteer records, coordinate angel orders, and ensure accurate data entry and reporting to support a smooth holiday season. The position requires strong organizational skills and professional communication with donors and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of office experience preferred or equivalent training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, recruit, screen and select volunteers for the Christmas Angel Tree Program.
• Post listings of volunteers to ensure staffing at all times.
• Maintain names of volunteers at distribution/warehouse facilities.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of Angel orders with donors.
• Assist with client interviewing/database entry and reporting.
• Prepare records and reports for the Christmas Angel Tree program.
• Communicate with donors about adopting Angels and coordinates with staff.
