Responsibilities

• Greet and interview clients for Christmas assistance with courtesy.
• Support Angel Tree duties as assigned.
• Monitor hot line calls and respond to needs appropriately.
• Review eligibility for Christmas assistance according to guidelines.
• Enter application data accurately into the computer system.
• Assist in warehouse gift preparation, sorting, labeling and organizing gifts.
• Distribution weeks pick up duties.
