Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interview clients and prepare paperwork for families to participate in the Christmas Program and other assistance.
• Provide intake, assessment and financial assistance to low-income families and individuals.
• Maintain client files and update tracking spreadsheets and reports.
• Coordinate with donors, track Angel Tree tags, and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
• Organize Angel Tree supplies, deliveries and toy drives; assist with events and staffing as needed.
