Qualifications

• Prior experience as a cook is required.
• Serve Safe certification is required.
• Ability to communicate in English with team members and managers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to specifications and presentation standards.
• Portion food and issue to server upon order.
• Prepare all cold side items and daily specials.
• Assist in other food preparation for events as needed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen work area.
• Operate equipment safely and report shortages to supervisor.
