Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services in Fort Worth, Texas, is hiring a Part-Time Seasonal Deicer Agent to keep aircraft moving safely. You will inspect aircraft for ice, apply deicers, and maneuver large vehicles around aircraft during operations.

The role emphasizes reliability, clean records of chemical usage, and communication with dispatch. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required; training and safety standards are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• English communication skills required.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Willing to obtain required credentials (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Check aircraft for ice and frost.
• Apply Type I and Type IV deicing fluids to aircraft.
• Safely drive large vehicles during deicing operations.
• Record deicing fluid transactions accurately.
• Communicate with dispatchers via headset/radio.
• Perform daily quality control checks on equipment and vehicles.
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures.
• Demonstrate regular attendance and flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays.
• Support PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
