Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is hiring a part-time Seasonal Deicer Agent to support aircraft deicing operations. You will inspect aircraft for ice, apply deicing fluids, and operate large vehicles around aircraft while maintaining accurate fluid usage records.

Responsibilities include communicating with dispatch, performing daily equipment checks, and adhering to strict safety standards. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to adhere to safety standards and procedures.
• Airlines operate 24/7; flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check aircraft for ice and frost to determine deicing needs.
• Apply Type I and Type IV deicing fluids to wings, fuselage, and tail.
• Operate large vehicles around aircraft during deicing operations.
• Record deicing fluid transactions accurately for account purposes.
• Communicate with dispatchers via headset/radio.
• Conduct daily quality control checks on equipment and vehicles.
• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance at the job site.
• Support PrimeFlight customer service and safety policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
