Job summary

Oregon Garden Resort is seeking Seasonal Admissions Staff to join the Silverton Christmas Market team for the November 20–December 31 run. You will greet guests, scan tickets, and help guests enter, using a POS system and providing clear directions throughout a busy, outdoor event.

Join us in delivering friendly, efficient service in a festive setting while standing outdoors in winter weather and working evening shifts from ~4:30 to 9:15 PM.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly and comfortable interacting with a high volume of guests.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to learn information about the Christmas Market to confidently answer guest questions.
• Comfortable using handheld ticket scanners and POS systems.
• Able to remain friendly and composed during busy arrival periods.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Able to work outdoors in cold, rainy, and changing winter weather.
• Available to work evening shifts, typically around 4:30–9:15 PM.

We’re hiring Seasonal Admissions Staff to join the Silverton Christmas Market team! This festive event runs from November 20 – December 31 and features more than 2 million lights, vendors, food, attractions, and holiday fun.

Admissions is one of the first points of contact for guests arriving at the Christmas Market. We’re looking for outgoing, friendly team members who enjoy interacting with people and can help guests start their visit with a positive experience.
