Oregon Garden Resort in Silverton is seeking Seasonal Ticket Booth Staff for the Silverton Christmas Market from Nov 20 to Dec 31. You will work at the Tubing Hill, Ice Rink, and Train attractions, greeting guests and processing tickets in a lively, festive setting.

This guest-facing role requires friendliness, reliability, and comfort with handheld devices and POS systems. In-person job fairs are required, with evening shifts and outdoor work in winter weather.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, dependable, and able to interact with guests of all ages.
• Comfortable using handheld technology and POS systems.
• Able to check tickets and waivers accurately.
• Able to communicate instructions clearly and professionally.
• Capable of working outdoors in cold, rainy winter weather.
• Available for evening shifts around 4:30–9:15 PM.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Sell and scan attraction tickets using handheld technology
• Check guest waivers when required
• Answer questions and provide basic information about attractions
• Help manage lines and keep ticket booth areas organized
• Rotate between attraction ticket booths as needed
• Provide friendly and efficient service during busy periods
• Work closely with attraction staff to help keep guest flow moving smoothly
