Job summary

The Bonadio Group in Wilmington, Delaware seeks a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support the Small Business Advisory Service Line for January 2027 through April 2027. This is an on-site position at our Wilmington location.

The role requires assisting with tax returns and document processing, filing, calendar management, and coordinating communications. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with potential extra hours during peak season; pay is $22.50 to $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

• Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, financial statements, client‑related correspondence, etc., to produce error‑free work.

The salary range for this position is $22.50 to $23.00 per hour.

Hours of Operation: This is a seasonal, on‑site position. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday. Our team prides itself on flexibility; however, during busy season the ability to work additional hours is necessary.
