Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is hiring for seasonal village activities across the resort. You will help with setup, execution, and breakdown of activities, and assist with prep, loading/unloading equipment, and managing games and inflatables.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma and experience in hospitality or event planning. The role offers on-mountain housing options, and perks include ski benefits and employee discounts as part of a seasonal program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in related field - Hospitality and Tourism, Event Planning/Management.

Responsibilities

• Support the success of village activities through setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Assist with site prep, loading/unloading equipment, and managing games, inflatables, and materials.
• Operate village activities and implement alternate plans in case of inclement weather.
• Assist with the Village Movie Series, including planning, equipment setup, breakdown, and weather-related relocations.
• Act as a flexible, cross-functional team member by supporting various departments and children’s programs across Snowshoe Mountain.
• Follow all safety and liability procedures to minimize resort risk.
• Contribute to the team’s success by living Snowshoe Mountain’s core values and assisting with additional tasks as needed.
