Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking a Ski Rentals Supervisor for our on-mountain rental shops. This seasonal role focuses on ensuring smooth guest service, enforcing procedures, and coordinating staff throughout the season.

Applicants should have at least 1 season in Ski Rentals or related experience, and a High School Diploma or GED. On-site housing options may be available, with work including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Enforce operational procedures: opening/closing, emergencies per policy.
• Maintain communication: provide instructions, answer phones, share information.
• Enhance employee experience: promote harmony, resolve conflicts, share duties.
• Ensure guest service: enforce schedules, manage breaks, streamline workflows.
• Ensure guest satisfaction: address complaints, monitor staff training.
• Support management: execute delegated tasks, assist with disciplinary actions.
