Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Taking an active role in daily operations and deployment of event action plans and task lists.
• Assisting with the organization and execution of all events and activations.
• Upholding standards for guest satisfaction, communication, brand activation and risk management of events.
• Managing and maintaining Events equipment and supplies.
• Maintaining and organizing Events warehouse and storage facilities.
• Supporting a transparent work environment by sharing information with internal Events team and attending required team meetings and trainings.
• Monitoring event & activation information by reviewing, proofing, and reporting any discrepancies or omissions to direct report.
• Enforcing the Events Mantra of 'Leave No Trace' by ensuring all marketing collateral, posters, signage, fence, race tape, trash, etc. are removed promptly at the completion of all events and restored to their storage location appropriately in good working order.
• Assisting with the set up and breakdown of all Event & Animation activities.
• Following established action plans and task lists to ensure success of events.
• Providing input and support through participation in weekly meetings and wrap-ups.
• Providing additional Activities support when needed
