Keystone Advisors is seeking a Seasonal Bilingual ACA Sales Representative (Spanish) to support enrollment operations during peak season. You will assist customers in understanding ACA plans, educate on options, and drive growth while delivering excellent service. The role offers hourly pay, bonuses, and commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active Life/Health Insurance license.
• Maintain CE requirements to keep license active.
• Pass state background checks for licensing.
• Pass employer background check.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
• 3+ years in customer service, sales, healthcare or related field.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and conversion targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls from customers interested in ACA products and services.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads as needed.
• Educate customers on available ACA plans and options.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate plans based on eligibility and requirements.
• Promote company products and services while maintaining compliance standards.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support throughout the enrollment process.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Meet KPIs including sales activity, call quality, compliance, and enrollment goals.
• Stay updated on ACA regulations, company initiatives, market changes, and process updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
