Job summary

Angel City FC is seeking a Ticket Service Account Executive to support the growth of our fan base and ticketing department. You will provide thoughtful, strategic servicing to Season Ticket Holders and fans, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Ticket Services.

In this role you will drive revenue targets, deliver best-in-class service, onboard new customers, execute touchpoint campaigns, and create memorable game-day experiences. The position is non-exempt, full-time, at $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in ticketing and service, preferably in professional sports, luxury, or hospitality.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team revenue targets as set forth by Angel City leadership, including renewal, upsell, and referrals.
• Provide best-in-class service to Season Ticket Holders.
• Drive a solutions-oriented culture by implementing positive, team-oriented behavior.
• Engage with Season Ticket Holders; support new customer onboarding and education.
• Execute Season Ticket Holder touchpoint campaigns and benefits programs.
• Create exceptional, memorable experiences for Season Ticket Holders through game-day opportunities and events.
• Perform game day responsibilities, including entertaining clients and prospects, as well as working ticket booths and tables.
