Job summary

Angel City FC is seeking a Ticket Service Account Executive in Santa Monica to grow the fan base and support the ticketing department. The role focuses on servicing Season Ticket Holders with a solutions-driven mindset and a commitment to the Angel City brand.

You will work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays, manage campaigns, and help create exceptional game-day experiences while representing the values of Angel City FC and the NWSL.

Qualifications

• Experience working in ticketing and service, ideally in sports, luxury, or hospitality.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Archtics and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team revenue targets including renewals and upsell.
• Provide best-in-class service to Season Ticket Holders.
• Support onboarding and education for new customers.
• Execute Season Ticket Holder campaigns and benefits programs.
• Create memorable game-day experiences for Season Ticket Holders.
• Assist with game-day activities, client entertaining, and ticket booths.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold Angel City brand values.
