The Westin Jekyll Island Beach Resort in Georgia seeks a seasoned Director of Restaurants & Bars to lead our dining operations across fine dining, poolside bars, café and in-room dining. You’ll manage a talented team, curate innovative menus, and uphold exceptional service in a luxury, guest-centric setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing food & beverage policies and procedures.
• Strong leadership with a track record of motivating teams to deliver service excellence.
• Background in hospitality management with luxury hospitality exposure.
• Familiarity with MICROS software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and manage staff across dining locations.
• Ensure top-notch guest service and high standards of operation.
• Collaborate with teams to design memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee fine dining, poolside beach bar, café and in-room dining.
• Work schedule may include nights and weekends to meet guest needs.
