Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll steer strategy, budget, bidding, targeting, and creative testing across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with full ownership of attribution and reporting.

You will craft 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and articulate the numbers behind the campaigns on client calls, while driving retention and long-term value for the accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
