Bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads/Meta experience, a track record of ROAS/CPA improvements, agency experience across multiple clients, and clear English communication with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing
• Implement conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps and explain results to clients
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Search Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
