Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Paid Search Manager who owns paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, oversee budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing, and ensure trustworthy conversion tracking with GA4 and pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and campaign termination decisions.
• Handle conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain performance on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
