REMOTE POSITION - This is a commission-driven role with the opportunity to earn between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
2. Partner with clients to fill urgent positions.
3. Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in successful placements.
4. Utilize recruiting tools and materials proficiently.
5. Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews; assist in negotiating job offers.
6. Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates consistently.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
