Water Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant as the top hospitality ambassador. You will oversee daily operations, coach the management team, and ensure service excellence while driving financial performance.

You will be responsible for staffing, training, guest engagement, and operational efficiency, with a focus on seafood quality and guest-first hospitality. A stable, growth‑oriented environment with strong leadership support awaits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a restaurant manager in full-service, high-volume venues.
• 2+ years as General Manager in casual or fine dining.
• Strong seafood knowledge and hospitality focus.
• Flexible schedule incl. nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across front of house and back of house to meet standards.
• Lead and support management team; drive guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Lead training, scheduling, payroll approvals, and performance reviews.
• Forecast sales and labor; manage budgets and corporate communications.
• Develop policies to enhance business and resolve crew/guest issues.
