Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to operate machinery.
• Possesses a food handling license is required.

Responsibilities

• Display, weigh, price and stock seafood items.
• Prepare sushi if assigned to the sushi counter.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the department.
