Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a Seafood Team Member in San Francisco, CA. The role involves counter service, stocking, and sanitation within the seafood department, delivering friendly and efficient service while following SOPs.

You will help with displays, pricing, and stock, assist with sampling, and ensure cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh and appealing display; keep cases clean and stocked.
• Maintain department signage and pricing.
• Stock back room and maintain clean, safe environment.
• Assist with sampling program and keep areas full and attractive.
• Prepare fish (skin, bones, cook or smoke) and label accordingly.
• Support inventory checks and keep up with duties as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Report safety hazards promptly.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
