Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh and appealing displays; keep cases clean and stocked
• Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
• Keep back stock organized and accessible
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area
• Assist with sampling program; keep areas full and presentable
• Clean cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, and drains
• Prepare and label cooked fish; assist with processing as needed
• Support periodic inventory checks
• Report safety hazards promptly
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
