Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate signage and pricing; manage back stock.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Assist with sampling program; keep areas full and tidy.
• Handle fish prep: skinning, boning, cooking or smoking as needed.
• Support inventory checks and opening/closing duties.
• Provide courteous service, respond to customer needs promptly and effectively.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
