Job summary

Qualifications

• The minimum qualifications include reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to perform basic math and basic computer functions.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to interact with customers and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Seafood Department functions and staff.
• Achieve department goals: sales, profit, customer experience, and engagement.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and department standards.
• Train and lead associates to meet department objectives.
• Ensure proper product handling, temps logs, and cleaning schedules.
