ShopRite of Palisades Park is seeking a Seafood Manager to lead the Seafood Department. The role involves directing daily operations, supervising associates, and ensuring safety, quality, and strong Customer Experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining cleanliness, managing schedules, and upholding company policies. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to stand/walk for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to supervise Associates to achieve department goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Seafood Department to achieve department goals (sales, profit, Customer Experience, Associate Engagement).
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with Company policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain cleaning and organization, set up proper schedules, and monitor temperature logs.
• Onboard, train, and develop department Associates to meet performance standards.
