Job summary

Halperns’ Steak & Seafood is hiring a Seafood Cutter in Orlando, FL. You will portion and merchandize seafood, work with production teams, and ensure product quality to meet customer specs. Starting pay is $19–$23 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7 AM until finish.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of professional seafood cutting experience. We offer medical, dental, EFAP, savings accounts, and profit sharing after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Post High School or specialized training preferred.
• Minimum of one year as a professional fish/seafood cutter.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production with supervisors and managers.
• Trim, debone, and portion seafood.
• Inspect and remove defects, bruises, or blemishes.
• Weigh and containerize products for weight and content.
• Follow QA, HACCP, SQF, and safety regulations.
