Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing displays; keep cases and shelves clean and stocked.
• Maintain accurate signage and pricing; manage back stock.
• Assist sampling programs; keep areas clean and attractive.
• Clean cases, glass, signs, and equipment; handle fish preparation and labeling.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; report safety hazards.
