The role emphasizes courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service, adherence to SOPs, and participation in team initiatives to promote health and safety standards. The position requires physical ability to handle lifting and standing for long periods, and to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh, appealing display; keeps cases clean and stocked.
• Maintains accurate signage and pricing.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Ensures safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Supports sampling program; keeps areas full and neat.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, and equipment.
• Prepares and processes seafood products, including labeling and dating cooked items.
• Conducts periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time, prepared, and participates in trainings and meetings.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, and merchandising.
