Job summary

Whole Foods Market seeks a Seafood Team Member in Berkeley to support counter service, stocking, and sanitation in the seafood department. The role emphasizes courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members, following store SOPs and health and safety regulations.

You will help with displays, pricing, inventory, sampling, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while upholding WFM core values and regional programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow SOPs.
• Willingness to perform duties inherent in other Team Member roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a fresh, appealing display by keeping cases and shelves stocked and clean.
• Maintain accurate department signage, pricing and back stock.
• Assist with sampling, maintain clean cases, and rotate products.
• Prepare, label and date cooked fish; assist with inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs promptly.
