Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Seafood Team member to support counter service, stocking, and sanitation in the seafood department. You will help maintain fresh displays, assist customers, and follow store procedures while upholding WFM core values.

Responsibilities include rotating stock, labeling, prepping fish, and maintaining a clean, safe, and friendly environment, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh, appealing displays by checking quality, stocking, rotating, and cleaning cases and shelves.
• Maintains accurate department signage and pricing; keeps back stock organized.
• Provides excellent customer service, answers questions, and supports suggestive selling.
• Skins, bones, cooks or smokes fish as needed and labels products correctly.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and reports safety hazards promptly.
