• Keep back stock organized and accessible.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to needs.
• Support sampling programs and keep areas clean and presentable.
• Prepare fish as required (skins, bones, cook/smoke) and label appropriately.
• Assist with inventory checks and maintain clean work environment.
• Adhere to health, safety, and Weights and Measures procedures.
