• Maintain quality and freshness of products and rotate stock.

• Ensure a fresh, appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked, rotating and removing out‑of‑date products.
• Maintain department signage and pricing accuracy.
• Skins, bones, and cooks or smokes fish; label and date cooked fish.
